Joanne Gore – Office Manager
Joanne has been with the practice since before the doors opened during its inception and planning. She has worn many hats in the office over the past few years but has recently assumed the position of General Office Manager. Her many years as co-owner of Gore Reporting Company, just around the corner in West Annapolis, adds to her expertise in the administration and management of the day-to-day operations.
Joanne moved to Annapolis with her family in 1969 and although originally from Washington, D.C. she also likes to think of herself as an Annapolitan. She loves to spend time with her 3 grandchildren, Noah, Emma, and Ryan, and enjoys playing golf, especially with her husband, Roy.
Besides her administrative duties, she loves the many friendships she has made with our patients and their families. However, she says the best part of her job is being very proud of her daughter, Dr. Mary Trahar.
Ailsa W. Murray – Scheduling Coordinator
Ailsa may be the first person to meet and greet you when you arrive at our office and is sure to make you feel right at home. Ailsa serves as the patient administrative and scheduling coordinator for our practice. Administratively, she manages patient scheduling, billing and follow-up.
Ailsa was born and raised in Wirral, England before moving to the US in 1988 and has since resided in downtown Annapolis with her husband and two daughters, Alexia and Sophie. Her daughters attend St. Mary’s School down the street in historic Annapolis. In her free time, she enjoys attending her daughter’s activities, exercising and travel. Ailsa and her husband, Cullen, are active in the philanthropic community volunteering and providing financial support to Hospice of the Chesapeake, The Hospice Cup, Anne Arundel Medical Center and the Boys and Girls Club of Annapolis.
Ailsa is a real friend and asset to our practice. …her laughter and smile are happily contagious!
Robin Fraser – Clinical Care Coordinator
Robin has recently become a team member of our practice and has been working in the field of orthodontics for nearly 15 years. Robin is our Clinical Care Coordinator and is instrumental not only in patient care and management but also maintains our lab, sterilization, and inventory. In addition, Robin maintains her CPR training and holds an active licensure as a certified orthodontic assistant and radiograph technician.
Robin has lived in the area all her life, she is happily married, and the mother of three children. The oldest is Devin, a former Marine who is now working for the Department of Energy. Shane is an Anne Arundel County Policeman, like his father, Mark. Little Emmalea now attends the community college and keeps Robin and her husband on their toes! When Robin is not at work she enjoys vacations with her husband, strong cups of coffee, reading, running, yoga, and watching football with her friends and family.
We are so thankful to have Robin and the expertise she brings among us!
Sandra Robbins – Treatment Coordinator
Sandra may be new to our practice but not to the field of orthodontics. Sandra, a Texan by birth, has enjoyed living and working in the healthcare field for the past 14 years while living in the mid-western states of Colorado, Kansas, and Missouri. As our Treatment Coordinator, Sandra is very much like a ‘patient concierge’. She will be your orthodontic guide through the entire process of orthodontic treatment and financial planning, and continually provides personal service and care.
Sandra and her husband, Michael have three lovely daughters & a son-in-law (Krystal, Allison, Deanna, and Elijah). She also has boasts three ‘grand dogs’ Calvin, Winston, and Ella Sue.
Sandra enjoys time with her family, snow skiing, gardening, camping, and playing golf. Traveling, cooking, entertaining and scrapbooking are also at the top of her list.
Sandra has a simple goal ‘to make a difference in someone’s life’…and she does that here, at our office every day, by sharing her wisdom, experience, and her smile!
